Paid Media Specialist (Google Ads - Multi-Company Management)We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Paid Media Specialist with expertise in Google Ads to manage and optimise paid media campaigns across a group of companies.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full lifecycle of Google Ads campaigns.
You will be looking after strategy and execution to analysis and reporting, across multiple brands.
You will drive targeted traffic, increase conversions, and maximise ROI by leveraging a data-driven approach to Google Ads management.

Key Responsibilities: Campaign Strategy & Management: Develop and implement tailored Google Ads strategies for a portfolio of companies, each with unique target audiences, goals, and products/services.Manage and optimise various Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, Remarketing, and Shopping Ads, to drive qualified traffic and maximise conversions.Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis for each company to ensure campaign success.Performance Monitoring & Optimisation: Continuously monitor and optimise campaigns for multiple companies to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, and conversion rates.Implement A/B testing for ad copy, bidding strategies, and landing pages to improve overall campaign performance.Use Google Ads tools and analytics platforms to gather insights, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize each campaign.Budget & Bid Management: Develop and manage individual budgets for each company, ensuring maximum performance within budget constraints.Adjust bids and budget allocation for different campaigns and ad groups to ensure efficient use of resources and optimal ROI.Regularly analyse spending patterns, adjust bids, and ensure campaigns are meeting performance goals within allocated budgets.Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular, detailed performance reports for each company, highlighting key metrics and campaign insights.Present actionable recommendations to internal stakeholders for improving campaign effectiveness and ROI across brands.Track performance metrics, trends, and benchmarks to ensure continuous improvement in the effectiveness of paid media strategies.Industry Research & Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in paid media, especially Google Ads.Monitor industry shifts and competitor strategies to keep campaigns fresh and competitive.Test new Google Ads features, targeting options, and tools to improve campaign performance.Qualifications: Proven experience managing and optimising Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Remarketing, Shopping) for multiple companies or brands.Google Ads certification (or willingness to earn certification).Strong knowledge of Google Ads platform and tools, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads Editor.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, track trends, and apply insights for campaign optimization.Attention to detail, with the ability to manage complex, data-driven campaigns.Benefits: Competitive salaryBirthday LeaveWFH #J-18808-Ljbffr
