Our client is seeking a Performance Executive with expertise in biddable media channels, for example - Social and search marketing. The ideal candidate will have the ability to execute campaigns across these platforms and deliver exceptional results tailored to client needs. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Performance Director and Head of Digital while mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage performance activities from brief to reporting across key digital channels. Ensure campaigns are optimized for strategy, targeting, and creative execution to meet performance goals. Prepare and manage measurement grids, KPI articulation, and reporting for campaigns. Develop strong relationships with digital stakeholders and resolve account queries promptly. Deliver regular insights, post-campaign reports, and optimization recommendations. Mentor Performance Coordinators and contribute to team strategy development. Required Skills and Experience: 2-4 years of hands-on experience in paid digital channels (Social, Search). Strong analytical skills with tools like Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, and Campaign Manager 360 or similar. Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office Suite skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
