Job Description Spark Foundry is looking for a Digital Director (Paid Search skew) to join us in Sydney to work on one of our most high-profile clients within the Groupe.

This role offers an opportunity to be part of impactful changes and industry-first campaigns for one of the leading big 4 banks in Australia.
As the Digital Director, you will lead digital performance strategy and a highly skilled activation team.
Your role will be to ensure industry best practices, lead performance strategy, and support the growth of individual team members.

This role exists to deliver, with the Performance Media team, across Search Engine Marketing, Programmatic, Video, Social, and Mobile channels, delivering accurate and timely reports and optimizations that drive business outcomes.

A significant part of the role will require you to lead, coach, and inspire your team to deliver outstanding work and ensure project delivery, team growth, and best-in-market performance for the client.

WHAT ARE THE KEY REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE FOR THIS ROLE?

Minimum technical requirements: SA360, Google Ads, Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Past experience working on performance-led client accounts with a strong understanding of modern search techniques Strong attention to detail Ability to be organized to manage time and work effectively Analytical and Problem Solving Mindset Data Analysis Skills People Manager: Ability and passion to mentor and develop a high-performing team We offer progressive flexible working options to everyone at all levels.
