The RoleAs a senior member of the Jaywing Melbourne team, you will be responsible for mentoring and supporting the growing team in Melbourne, as well as across different locations around Australia.
With a wealth of experience under your belt, you will be fluent talking about all key marketing platforms, from best practice to creative recommendations, particularly in Social channels.
You will work on some of Jaywing's largest clients, providing your expertise on performance creative for social, display and other visual channels, whilst leading strategic paid media conversations directly with the client stakeholders.
This is an exciting role for a seasoned paid media professional who is looking to expand their responsibility and share their knowledge with both team members and clients.
Key Responsibilities:Conduct hands-on implementation, however you will have support from junior team members (Paid Search and Paid Social primarily).Consult and support with our creative team on best practice for visual creative in performance media.Work closely with the senior members of the team to develop the department and continually improve the department's services.Strategise with clients to develop their total paid media strategy and advise on where they should be investing.Analyse campaigns performance and construct actionable recommendations.Ability to construct meaningful plans / road maps to achieve clients goals in the paid media space.Producing forecasts.Uncover insights from campaigns performance and data trends.Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices by collaborating with the team internally and attending key industry events.Client communication – Be in direct contact with multiple stakeholders as the trusted source of truth.Manage your time and deliver with 100% accuracy.Work alongside talented people on multichannel campaigns and make a difference to our clients.Skills Required:Minimum 4 years' experience (preferably agency experience) in both paid search and paid social (Facebook/IG is a must, additional platforms advantageous).Experience in upper funnel strategy and execution.Hands-on and implementation experience is a must.Experience managing a small team.Advanced knowledge of all key paid media networks, to piece it all together.Solid strategic ability.Management of PPC Executives and Analysts – able to achieve quality through others.Advanced data and analytical skills.Advanced attribution knowledge.Advanced Analytics and tagging knowledge.Track record of developing, implementing and optimizing cost-effective and high-performing paid search strategies.Wordsmith (written & spoken).A strong attention to detail and great QA practices.A solutions-focused mindset.A love for people and machines.Most importantly, a true passion for what you do.In return we'll give you:A commitment to develop you and your career aspirations.A focus on diversity & inclusion, sustainability, and mental wellbeing.A brand new Melbourne office in the heart of the CBD, close to restaurants, bars & all Melbourne has to offer.A hybrid working model.A fully stocked beer and wine fridge, impromptu team lunches, all team socials 3x a year where we'll fly you up to HQ in Sydney, including a cracking end of year party.Enviable benefits such as:Remote working; work from another time zone for up to 8 weeks per year.
