Your Role with Us
As a Paid Media Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring our paid media campaigns are executed smoothly and effectively. You'll collaborate closely with our media agencies and partners, managing day-to-day operations with a strong focus on ad performance and optimisation. With our growing digital presence and external partnerships, your role will be essential in tapping into new markets and maximising the success of our campaigns with a big focus on the sports space. What you will do: Assist in developing and executing paid media campaigns with media partners, ad networks, and agencies, ensuring alignment with KPI objectives.Manage all ad operations, including campaign setup, tracking, placement, optimization, and delivery.Handle day-to-day administration tasks related to media campaigns, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.Ensure accurate implementation of media plans across channels, monitoring performance.Collaborate with your manager and cross-functional teams for seamless campaign execution aligned with overall marketing strategies.Conduct A/B testing and experimentation.Work with the design team to provide direction for visually appealing creatives.Negotiate favourable terms with media partners for premium ad placements.Provide performance reports, analyse data, and share insights with stakeholders.Build and nurture relationships with partners to scale deliverables.Research and maintain relationships with programmatic partners (DSPs & SSPs) for optimal campaign delivery.What you will bring: Strong interest in sports, casino, and gambling industries, with knowledge of customer behaviour, trends, and regulations.2+ years of experience in paid advertising, with expertise in display ads, paid social, native, and programmatic banners.Proven ability to negotiate deals and nurture relationships with focus on performance.Proven ability to optimise campaign performance and achieve measurable results (e.g., CPA, ROAS, ROI).Strong knowledge of media buying platforms and programmatic technologies (e.g., DSPs, DMPs, SSPs).Creative flair and an eye for design.Bonus points if you also have: Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).Sales experience is a plus.Cryptocurrency knowledgePhotoshop/Basic Editing Skills is a plus.Some of the perks of working for us: Two full-time Baristas who will make you coffee, tea and fresh juicesDaily catered breakfastMassage Wednesdays - we get professionals to do this!Team budgets for lunches and activities to celebrate achievementsFun office environment with pool tables, table tennis and all your favourite gaming consolesEAP access for you and your familyLearning & Development platform with over 9,000 coursesHelp yourself drinks fridges and snack shelves"We are a 2024 Circle Back Initiative Employer – we commit to respond to every applicant"
