Position Summary
We are looking for a results-driven PPC/Paid Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels. This individual will be responsible for developing data-driven strategies, analyzing campaign performance, and maximizing ROI for our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and skilled at leveraging paid channels to drive measurable growth and brand visibility.
Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms. Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and market research to identify targeting opportunities. Collaborate with the marketing team to design effective ad creatives and landing pages. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and adjust strategies to improve performance. Perform A/B testing on ad creatives and landing pages to optimize for conversion. Manage budgets and allocate spend to ensure maximum ROI while meeting monthly goals. Generate and present performance reports, providing insights and recommendations for campaign improvement. Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm updates to ensure campaigns are aligned with the latest best practices. Work with cross-functional teams to align PPC campaigns with overall marketing and business objectives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 2+ years of experience managing PPC or paid digital marketing campaigns. Proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Analytics. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Experience with A/B testing, keyword research tools (such as SEMrush or Ahrefs), and bid management. Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and project management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Google Ads Certification or Facebook Blueprint Certification is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
