Who We're Looking For We're seeking a skilled and driven in-house Marketer to handle our paid advertising and make a tangible impact on our rapidly growing brand.
This role is ideal for an experienced media buyer passionate about data-driven results and creative strategy.
Based in our Wodonga HQ, you'll collaborate closely with our in-house content team, access a healthy ad budget, and join a vibrant, dedicated community of dog lovers.

Key Responsibilities Manage and Scale Ad Accounts: Strategically oversee, operate, and scale our ad accounts across multiple platforms, including Meta and Google.Collaborate on Content Creation: Work directly with our talented content team to develop and test high-performing creatives.Optimise Campaign Performance: Use analytics to fine-tune campaigns, ensuring optimal ROAS and maximising engagement.Identify Growth Opportunities: Seek new channels and innovative strategies for paid media growth, staying ahead of industry trends.Budget Management: Efficiently manage substantial ad budgets with a proven track record to scale.Must-Have Qualifications Proven Experience in Paid Media: Success in a mid-to-senior paid media role, especially in scaling e-commerce or DTC brands.Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills with a focus on data to guide strategic decisions and optimisations.Collaborative Spirit: A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys working closely with others.Innovative Problem Solver: Ability to pivot and adapt to challenges, keeping campaigns fresh, exciting, and results-focused.Why Join Us?
