The successful Speech Pathologist will also benefit from working in a transdisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists and Psychologists. The company employs over 60 therapists across their 6 clinic locations.
There is a highly structured onboarding/induction period so you feel comfortable in your new role. Both full-time and part-time will be considered. The clinic is based centrally in Port Macquarie, any questions use the details at the bottom of the advertisement to get in touch.
What you will be doing:
Combination of clinic and community working but this can be tailored to your preference!Opportunities to work in a school if this is of interest to youAges 0-18, mix of NDIS and Private clientsVaried paediatric caseload with opportunities to tailor this to your interest areaIndividual and group therapyTraning and DevelopmentThe company runs weekly Professional Development sessions which include training on a certain area or discussion around complex cases. Plus weekly supervision is on offer for all team members and a PD allowance is provided!
