We're excited to welcome a new team member to our flourishing practice!
We are a dedicated team of 4 speech pathologists, an allied health assistant, and a receptionist/admin team member.
We are based in Craigieburn and love to make a difference in the lives of those in our community.
What will you do?
You will manage a general and diverse caseload (ages 1-21), conducting assessments and therapy while offering support and strategies to families.
Sessions will take place in our premises, schools, childcare centres, and homes in Craigieburn and surrounding suburbs.
Telehealth sessions may also be conducted.
What will you be offered?
During your first few weeks, you will receive close supervision for a smooth transition into your role, along with ongoing mentoring sessions.
We will invest in you to deliver fun, creative, and effective therapy.
You will have flexibility in your hours and caseload management, as well as access to a large range of resources.
We are a close team that values learning and support.
Regular team meet-ups will focus on professional development and collaboration to better help our community.
We also enjoy regular get-togethers outside of work.

It is important that you: Have a degree in Speech Pathology Are a member of Speech Pathology Australia Have a current employee working with children's check Have a car and Victorian driver's licence Have excellent written and verbal communication skills Have effective time management and organisation skills Have a good work ethic Are eligible as a Medicare and NDIS provider Are caring, empathetic, and open-minded Are committed to providing fun, engaging, and effective therapy Have cultural sensitivity and respect for diverse backgrounds Both experienced clinicians and new graduates are welcome to apply, with some flexibility in the start date.
