Due to continued success, our client is now seeking an additional Speech Pathologist to join their highly skilled team of multi-disciplinary therapists.
Responsibilities Providing child and family-centered assessments and therapy services in both clinic and community settings Providing therapy services to NDIS participants and private clients Specialising in the areas of: Autism, early language development, play and social skills, mealtime concerns, AAC, stuttering & more Establishing achievable goals for children and their families, whilst providing education to parents and teaching staff Facilitating Speech Therapy Group ProgramsCollaborating effectively within a broader multidisciplinary teamExcellent base salary on offer depending on experience levelTruly flexible environment – full time or part time clinicians welcomeExtensive internal mentoring and regular supervision providedPaediatric clinical training provided internally by therapists with 20+ years of expertiseAccess to external CPD allowance and 2 days study leave per annumNurturing and supportive multidisciplinary team to be a part ofExcellent team culture: Regular social events & team lunches Various pathways for clinical and career advancementBachelor or Master qualification in Speech PathologyCurrent SPA registration Current Working with Children Check & NDIS Check Current National Police Clearance & Drivers License Demonstrated experience working with paediatricsA passion for empowering the lives of children & families
