At present, they are growing their Speech team by 2 clinicians and can look at both new graduate and experienced/senior clinicians.
These positions are based on the growth of services in the region; as my client has strong staff retention, you'll never want to leave and enjoy great support and career development.Our client's grounds are purpose-built for children, with an enviable landscape of sensory and play equipment, along with large spaces for group and individual therapy.
The team onsite covers a range of services including OT, Speech, Psych, dietetics, and more, so you'll enjoy working in a large multi-disciplinary team.
While clinicians onsite do work across in-clinic and in schools/community, there is scope to have predominantly in-clinic work based on preferences.Key areas of the role are:Initial assessments, as well as development, implementation, and delivery of therapeutic services for children accessing the service.Work collaboratively with other clinicians on care plans that deliver tailored services for children with developmental needs or delays.Visiting clients in clinic or at school/home (optional) to provide person-centered, evidence-based care.For Senior Speech Pathologists, supporting and mentoring new grads in the team and working on training plans with the clinical lead.You will be a values-driven individual who is passionate about making a difference in the community.
Our client is experiencing significant growth due to demand for services in the region, so you will have great development opportunities.Salary range is $70k - $95k + super based on experience, and there are great benefits on offer such as not-for-profit salary packaging, annual leave loading, 4 annual mental health days on top of 4 weeks leave, $1,000 yearly CPD allowance + 5 days CPD paid leave + lots more!To be considered, it is essential you have:Full SPA registration, full working rights, and willingness to obtain a WWCC.Strong interest in supporting children with developmental needs or delays.Ideally a full licence and access to a vehicle; however, onsite-only roles may be considered.Location:
