Stepping Stones Therapy Services has been providing therapy and support services to families in the Western Australia for over 10years.
Since its conception, it has grown to include Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy and Psychology services; who all work as a team to provide the most comprehensive service able to our families.
Stepping Stones' primary practice location is in the beachside city of Bunbury (2 hours south of Perth), with an additional clinic in Broome.

Stepping Stonesprovides the opportunity to work with a wide-ranging caseload withinthe Paediatric field, and offersfantastic training, support and education around working with and amongst other fields.We offer a variety of learning opportunities for all staff through the provision of wide-ranging caseloads, transdisciplinary PD opportunities, Multi-disciplinary team (MDT) meetings andsupervision/opportunities for ongoing learning to our staff as required, to ensure that our clients continue to receive high quality services.
About the Role: We are seeking someone who oozes compassion and maturity for this role.
We are also seeking someone who can independently manage a workload, shows initiative and uses great communication skills both with our staff but also our families.

A full or part time positionwill be created for the right application, as a permanent role.
This position can be tailored to both experiencedand new/recent graduates (supportive graduation program available).
Senior positions may be available depending on levels of experience.
A start date of February 2025 is ideal, but is flexible.
You will be joining our Broome-based experienced OT, SP, OTA and Psychology team, and building your own caseload of families to support in the Broome area.
You will be given both the autonomy to make choices about how you work and what you do, but also with the support of a large network of Allied Health professionals in Bunbury (available via telehealth) to support your work in Broome.
Services include:
- Individualised, 1-1 Speech Pathologyassessment and intervention
- Key worker model support services, supporting families toincorporatea range of goals into their daily routines
- An extremely varied caseload, including clients 0-20 years, neurotypical, and those with diagnosed disabilities.
- Option to run group therapy programs that are functional and fun for your clients.
- Remuneration will be dependent on your skills and experience that you are bringing into the position.
Your role can also be tailored to provide additional challenges and responsibilities depending on your level of experience.
- A reliable car is required for this position.
Benefits for staff: - 4 weeks annual leave per annum, PLUS an additional paid week of leave over the Christmas period.
- 3 days per annum paid study leave to allow for continued learning (as well as in-house group trainings opportunities) Also an $800.00 budget for course fees.

- Our Broome team enjoy the flexibility of working from home offices (and are compensated financially for this), however with regular meetings with the team for support and team engagement.
