This highly reputable clinic specialises in integrated allied health services for children and young adults. Their mission is to empower people with disabilities to gain independence in everyday living.

Full-time and part-time options are available, the clinic is located 10 minutes from Newcastle's CBD. The company currently has 2 vacant positions:
Senior Speech Pathologist
Junior/Early Career Speech Pathologist
The Role:
Clinic-based position
Caseload of ages 0-30 with opportunities to tailor your caseload to your preference
Mix of NDIS and Private Clients
Providing evidence-based assessment and therapy
Liaising with external stakeholders
Why this role:
Above award pay rates - earn between $70,000 - $100,000 + super
Extensive induction program plus a slow increase in the number of clients you are seeing per day
Professional Development allowance of $2000 per year
Weekly team meetings with discussions around complex cases
Focus on well-being with regular wellness check-ins
Fantastic admin support
Opportunities to engage in projects within the community
Work From Home options
Weekly or fortnightly supervision depending on experience
Integrated working with other Speech Pathologists as well as Occupational Therapists
Internal PD sessions once a term

Requirements/Skills:
Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
SPA membership
Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
Working With Children Check or ability to obtain one
