We also offer the option to work 4 days per week and get paid for 5.

We have multiple sensory rooms including a big shared gym complete with a trampoline and foam pit!
We run groups most afternoons that include interest based therapy.
We run Sense Strength, Art, Rugby, AFL, Teens, Surf, Preschool and many more.
Our holiday groups are a mixture of adventures, community access, intensives and opportunities to connect that reflect our value of ensuring therapy doesn't just happen in the clinic.
We offer generous professional development budgets and paid time off to complete courses.
The senior therapy team leads thorough supervision sessions that are responsive to what you need at the time and can be flexible to support your development at different times of your career.
We have fortnightly 'Elevating Practice' sessions where we focus on learning more about particular topics as a team as well as a Podcast Club to chat through topics of interest.
We offer paid external supervision opportunities to ensure your learning is multi-faceted.
