You will be responsible for the case management and treatment of a varied client caseload, supporting clients and families at home, within the community or at school. Work closely with other team members to collaborate and support clients.Job Purpose:You will be responsible for the delivery of effective and quality therapy services. You will liaise, support and collaborate with families, team members and external providers as needed.Key responsibilities:To complete assessments, goal setting, treatment and evaluation within clinical services.Provide evidenced based interventions to improve the outcomes of children and families.Complete progress notes, assessment reports, writing letters or referrals as needed.Effective time management, administrative and organisational skills when planning and providing Occupational Therapy services within a designated caseload.
