We are proudly partnering with a growing NDIS service provider with sites in the north and east, who are looking for an additional Occupational Therapist to join their team. The service is family owned so you get the best of both worlds - the experience of a progressive and innovative service, with the close-knit family feel.
While Paeds focused, they support clients across the full life span, so you have the opportunity to focus on specific age groups that may interest you. The role is based in Blackburn with a mix of in clinic and community, so some flexibility to travel in your catchment area is required. A motor vehicle allowance is also provided, but there is scope to be predominantly clinic based.
Key areas of the role are
Working collaboratively with a team of OT's and AHA's to support the therapy needs of NDIS participants Visiting clients in clinic, at home, at school or other locations (including telehealth) to provide person centred, evidence-based clinical care. Actively participate in professional development opportunities to further grow your skills and capabilities You will be a values driven individual who is passionate about making a difference. Opportunities are considerable with this organisation, right now they are recruiting a number of new positions across both sites due to growth.
To be considered, it is essential you have
Full AHPRA registration as an OT, and current working with children + police check (or willingness to obtain) Previous experience as an OT supporting varied caseloads preferred, but new graduates welcome to apply A reliable car and unrestricted drivers' licence (generous car use allowance will be provided) This is an opportunity you won't want to miss out on, this clinic retains their clinicians but have just recently moved into a larger space.
