Applications are sought from suitably qualified Registered Nurses to take the next step in expanding their career and join the Community Nursing Team in expanding Paediatric Services at Echuca Regional Health. Key responsibilities include:
Work as part of a multidisciplinary team providing clinical consultancy for paediatric intake and assessment as part of a broader integrated Child and Family Wellbeing Service. Provide comprehensive nursing assessment to children with complex health and social needs and develop individualised care plans with Allied Health Team's and Paediatrician's. Actively participate in ongoing education and training and provide relevant education to nursing and/or other Allied Health Care staff to support children and families where they live. Actively participate in mandatory meetings as required and requested. Maintain core clinical competence specific to the area of clinical practice.
Qualifications/experience required:
Registered Nurse with AHPRA 3+ years' experience in Paediatric Nursing Post Graduate Qualifications in Paediatric Nursing or other relevant area of practise desirable
