Job Description About this opportunity
Leading the market development of new supply chains for Viscount Reuse business. This role will primarily revolve around the development of supply chains and markets to utilise the newly established reusable folding bin and developing other supply chains outside the 3 large retailers to enable the use of reusable crates through those eco systems.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
Deliver to Budgeted Key strategic growth initiatives outside the traditional Supply Chain Solutions business: Folding Bin National Pooling Strategy Initiative & Other Retailer Strategy Initiative Provide recommendations to the business on how to approach new and adjacent markets with the ability to influence the commercial and operational direction of the Supply Chain Solutions business Implement supply chain improvement initiatives, ensuring the improvement of forecast accuracy and inventory levels Provide market analysis/research for NBD activities together with team participation and team leadership roles in cross-functional projects. The role will be extremely autonomous, and the business will rely on the candidate to be a self-starter, which includes making your own decisions about where you have to be on a weekly basis Your skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
5 Years' experience in a supply chain, packaging or produce environment. Strong communication skills to communicate, present, assert and speak to all the different stakeholders involved Ability to plan and manage projects, manage the risk, forecast, time and teams working on ongoing projects Possess strong research and strategic analysis skills An appetite for knowing all about your business services and knowing everything about your competition to provide you with the leverage of competitive advantage. Qualifications Tertiary Education in Supply Chain, Business, Marketing or Management. #J-18808-Ljbffr
