Team Leaders/Supervisors (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)Full timePremier Fresh Australia is one of Australia's largest fresh produce supply chain companies, providing domestic and overseas customers a single source of supply across a diverse range of fruit and vegetable categories.We currently have an exciting opportunity for a capable, service-driven Team Leader (Leading Hand) to supervise a warehousing team at our Operations in Silverwater, Sydney.We are looking for an individual with the following capabilities:Experience leading a small-medium size team.Ability to coordinate team activities efficiently and effectively.Strong team player with good communication skills, fostering a great team culture.Experience in the fresh produce industry is highly regarded.Ambitious towards career development and progression.Ability to work in an early morning capacity (6am starts) (may require weekend work).Your key responsibilities as a Team Leader include:Driving the WHS program, ensuring the team follow all appropriate safety systems and processes.Ensuring orders are packed and picked according to all appropriate procedures.Organising production activities ensuring objectives and targets are achieved within required time frames.Collaborating with the quality department to ensure assurance and systems compliance.Providing leadership and daily direction for staff.This role offers a great team environment and potential for career development.
