This will look like:High level of people management - 3 direct reports and 20 indirectResource allocation - people (rostering) and stock (inventory and stock management through SAP)Ensuring customer orders are prepared for shipment on timeAttending internal meetingsWorking cross functionally with other departmentsConducting internal auditsDriving a strong safety cultureAdhering to strict GMP requirementsThe Successful ApplicantOur ideal candidate has strong people leadership experience in a production or packing environment within food, FMCG, med devices, pharma or other GMP environment.
