To support our Vision 2030 Growth Strategy, Mondelez ANZ has invested in a state-of-the-art, purpose-built, fully automated sorting and retrieval warehouse and distribution centre in Melbourne's West, Truganina. We're currently on the lookout for Co-packing Team members on our Day and Afternoon Shift to join our team. As a Packer in our Co-packing team you will: Have previous experience within a food manufacturing environment, with exposure to Good Manufacturing Practices (advantageous).Work with our iconic brands, ensuring they are efficiently packaged and ready to be sent to our customers.Have a safety-first mindset.Enjoy working in a team environment, delivering in line with daily KPIs.Actively participate in IL6S (Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement) initiatives across the site.Have experience in operating production line/packing line machinery (advantageous).Bring a passion for continuous development of yourself and your fellow team members, with previous leadership/coaching experience advantageous.Business Unit Summary At Mondelez International, our mission is to provide consumers with the right snack, for the right moment, made in the right way.
