Expression of Interest for Co-packing Team members. As a Packer in our Co-packing team you will: Have previous experience within a food manufacturing environment, with exposure to Good Manufacturing Practices (advantageous)Work with our iconic brands, ensuring they are efficiently packaged and ready to be sent to our customers.Have a safety-first mindsetEnjoy working in a team environment, delivering in line with daily KPIsActively participate in IL6S (Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement) initiatives across the site.Have experience in operating production line/packing line machinery and unlicensed MHE (LLOP, Electric Pallet jack) - advantageousBring a passion for continuous development of yourself and your fellow team members, with previous leadership/coaching experience advantageous.Business Unit Summary At Mondelez International, our mission is to provide consumers with the right snack, for the right moment, made in the right way.
