This role has a strong emphasis on implementing safe working improvements, business improvements, cultural change and ensuring productive workplace practices and relationships.In addition, the Terminal Supervisor is responsible for ensuring Pacific National trains and its staff operate safely and efficiently through consultation with Pacific National's Integrated Planning Services department, ARTC Network Control, and other internal/external stakeholders.About YouTo be successful in this role, experience within the rail/heavy industry will be valuable (although not essential) - along with previous management, leadership and or customer facing experience.
