We are partnering with a well-established market leader in the freight forwarding industry to recruit a National Client Services Manager . This pivotal role will oversee a small, high-performing team across Sydney and Melbourne while ensuring outstanding customer service and operational excellence across the business.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Client Services professionals in Sydney and Melbourne, fostering a positive and collaborative work culture. Manage and nurture key client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and timely solutions for their freight forwarding needs. Collaborate with internal departments to drive service excellence and operational efficiency. Develop and implement strategies for client retention, service improvement, and business growth. Monitor and report on team performance, customer satisfaction, and KPIs, taking proactive steps to address any service gaps. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Work closely with senior management, providing regular updates on team performance, client feedback, and business opportunities. Skills & Experience :
Proven experience in a client services management within thefreight forwarding industry Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of overseeing teams in multiple locations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. In-depth knowledge of freight forwarding processes, including international shipping, customs, and logistics. Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications :
