THE OPPORTUNITY We are seeking Service Advisors to join our dynamic team in Laverton. Acting as a liaison between customers and the Service Department, you will be addressing every customer's needs and concerns by providing appropriate solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Greet customers and promptly address their inquiries and service requests Display extensive knowledge about products and services Document all vehicle issues and requests Communicate with customers about all vehicle problems including warranty issues, repairs, and maintenance Ensure accurate quotes, costing, and invoicing are provided and recorded Collaborate with technicians to ensure repairs are completed within allocated timeframe Attend to front counter and all service platforms to respond to customer enquiries Raise, process, and close repair orders Provide order numbers to contractors and sublet invoices to dealers Other duties as required ABOUT YOU Previous experience in a similar role within the Automotive industry would be highly regarded Great attention to detail Outstanding organisational and communication skills Adequate knowledge of Automotive or Transport industries Experience in Auto I.T. system and Costing is desirable Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as part of a breakdown phone rotation Flexibility to work as part of a Saturday Shift rotation once a month WHY US?
