The Role Reporting into the Project Director and supporting the wider team, you will contribute to the success of the team by providing contract and administration to the projects team.
Maintaining a high level of organisation and time management, your day to day responsibilities will include:
Complex diary management for the Program Director and Senior ManagersOrganise meetings and prepare meeting materialsCoordinate travel and accommodationContract and document managementLots of stakeholder management with vendorsAssist with board reports and presentationsProcess expenses and invoices via AribaMinute takingOrganise events and social activitiesLiaise with internal and external stakeholdersProject management tasksWhat you will need to succeed? Experience in an Administration / Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant / Coordination role within a fast-paced environmentExperience working in project management would be highly desirableStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office & SharepointExperience with WorkDay and WSS would be highly desirableExcellent attention to detail and ability to problem solveStrong communication skills both written and verbalAbility to deal with conflicting priorities and high volume requestsA "can-do" attitude and ability to deal with all levels of employees within a global firmPlease apply now if you are keen to join this people-focused organisation.
