A diverse role working Monday to Friday, you will support a friendly, well-established selling Principal located within a modern office within southern Brisbane. Duties will include: Providing administrative support to the Principal/Sales Agent Coordinate with owners, buyers and conveyancers regarding settlement/contracts Create and oversee ads within REA Answer inquiries from buyers through vault/REA Attend building and pest's, pick up keys, attend photo shoots or valuations Assist in organising sponsorship days and events Book open homes/order sign for property/order brochure for open homes Create CMA packs and manage Form 6's Requirements Some experience within real estate administration is essential Hold a driving license and real estate certificate (or in the process of obtaining) Have strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organisation and multi-tasking skills Strong interpersonal skills and presentation Proactive in nature.
