About The RoleThis newly created full-time permanent People and Culture Officer will be part of our amazing People & Culture team that will support our Central Queensland division of Imaging Queensland, and Mackay Radiology.
Reporting to the State P&C Manager - Queensland, you will be part of our IDX Group QLD People team consisting of State P&C Manager, P&C Advisor and two Talent Acquisition Coordinators.
Based at our North Rockhampton corporate office, you will support the broader clerical & clinical teams for Central Queensland Radiology (CQR) clinics in Rockhampton, Yeppoon, Gladstone, Biloela and Emerald, who are at the forefront of healthcare for these regions.
You will also provide support to Mackay Radiology, which forms part of the broader Queensland business.
Travel to clinics will be required from time to time.
