In this 12-month fixed-term role & starting in January 2025, you'll be part of a supportive and collaborative team, working alongside leaders and employees to drive P&C initiatives that enhance engagement and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
As a P&C Coordinator, you'll provide administrative and coordination support to our busy People & Culture team.
This is an ideal role for someone at the beginning of their HR career, looking to gain broad experience in key HR processes.
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you'll assist with a variety of tasks and projects, including but not limited to:
Supporting the creation and management of HR documents, including promotion letters, salary reviews, employment confirmations, and leave requests.Conducting payroll checks and assisting with onboarding processes.Being the first point of contact for employee queries via our People inbox, providing helpful and timely responses.Assisting with key HR activities, such as performance management, remuneration reviews, employee surveys.Maintaining employee records and ensuring accuracy in our HR systems (HRIS).Supporting monthly reporting and assist with data for compliance reporting.Help with visa checks, exit interviews, and other general HR administrative tasks.About You: Recently completed or currently pursuing qualifications in Human Resources Management (HRM) or a related field.Proficient in using Excel and other Microsoft products.Previous experience in an HR-related role.Strong communication skills, with an eagerness to learn.A proactive attitude, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.Basic understanding of HR processes, with a willingness to grow and develop in the role.Why choose TSA Riley?
