Objectives and scope of theposition As a key member of the People and Culture team, deliverend-to-end HR support and advice for all KordaMentha offices andstaff.
Duties andresponsibilities National People and Culturesupport Work collaboratively with the People and Culture team to providebest practice HR for our internal and external stakeholders:
Recruitment – experienced/lateral hires, graduatesand vacationersStaff training, learning and developmentPerformance managementPerformance and remuneration reviewsFacilitation of occupational personality (OPQ)assessmentsManage daily P&C enquiriesSupport all team members with broad administrative andcyclical HR functions throughout the year Induction, Onboarding andOffboarding Conduct the People and Culture induction for new joiners tothe firmMaintain and create new employees on the HRISPrepare and conduct exit interviewsAssist with the coordination of extended leave, careerbreaks and inter-office transfers or secondments Learning andDevelopment Create and maintain training courses on ELMOCoordinate the annual graduate induction programMaintain course attendance records in the learningmanagement system Recruitment Create new roles in the recruitment tracking system and jobboards (e.g. Prosple, Gradconnection, Seek, LinkedIn)Set up OPQ assessmentsReview, screen and shortlist applicants and candidatesPrepare employment contracts.Participate in candidate interviews as required Performance Reviews Support end-of-year round table discussions to the level ofSenior Executive AnalystPrepare and upload salary review letters to the HRIS asrequiredExport performance pulses from Culture Amp performancemanagement system Graduate/Vacationer AnnualRecruitment Campaign Coordinate the annual recruitment process of graduates andvacationers:
Book employer information sessions, careers fairs andensure online careers websites are up-to-dateAttend careers fairs, set up and pack down stand/sCreate and post online campaigns to relevant jobboardsEnsure job descriptions are accurate and currentSet up roles into the recruitment tracking system and otherjob boardsArrange candidate interviews, book rooms, and organiseKordaMentha staff for interviewsCoordinate interview guides and case study material forinterview daysOrganise meet and greets for graduates and vacationersWork closely with marketing and external agencies to buildand improve annual campaignsLiaise with service line leaders and assign buddies to eachgraduate and vacationerShortlist candidatesConduct phone interviewsParticipate in interviews as required Administration Update and maintain all employee files and staff details onthe HRIS and other P&C platformsUndertake ad-hoc administration tasksLiaise and assist national administration staff and payrollas requiredCreate and upload People and Culture updates on KMnet Qualifications andexperience/skills required Completing or completed an undergraduate degree majoring inHuman Resources, Business or similarPC literate across MS Office at intermediate to advancedlevelProfessional presentation, discreet and able to maintainemployee confidentialityExcellent written and interpersonal communicationskillsAbility to work calmly and efficiently under pressureHigh level time management, organisational, prioritisationand project management skillsProactive and able to develop and map processesTask oriented with a bias to actionAbility to work with limited supervision#J-18808-Ljbffr
