This entails providing human resources advice, support and services to Uniting AgeWell managers and employees, including:
Providing expert advice and professional guidance on staffing and industrial issues including interpretation of awards, agreements and other employment instruments pertaining to Uniting AgeWell Managing disputes, grievances and disciplinary processes in line with employee relations processes Consulting and negotiating, particularly as part of change management and dispute resolution processes with relevant unions as required Assisting Managers and supporting Recruitment Partners in overseeing the recruitment and selection of employees Hybrid working arrangement with mutual agreement based on business needs Permanent, full-time Hybrid role working in Melbourne's Inner West This is the place for you if you have: Tertiary qualifications in human resources and/or industrial relations or equivalent industry experience Extensive experience managing complex situations in relation to dispute resolution, grievance and disciplinary processes Experience negotiating enterprise agreements with unions or other bargaining representatives (desirable) Experience and expertise in interpretation of awards and agreements, particularly in relation to the Aged Care sector (essential) Experience in analysing, amending or constructing residential aged care rosters Experience in planning and implementing a range of organisational change situations Essentials for working in Aged Care: A current Working With Children's Check (VIC) or willingness to obtain one Full Australian working rights A current Police Records Check/NDIS Clearance or be willing to undertake this process Current flu and ongoing vaccinations as required Make an impact today and apply to be considered for this opportunity.
