This opportunity will see you lead a large project that will bring significant change to our client's business.   TasWater   The purpose of the TasWater Capital Delivery Office (CDO) is to build the capability and capacity of TasWater to fulfil its customer promises for improved service levels by efficiently and effectively delivering an accelerated capital program of works. The TasWater CDO will deliver:  • Opportunities for people to grow and develop • Economic benefits and growth opportunities for local industry • Improved safety outcomes • Capacity and capability to transition the program back to TasWater post completion • The necessary framework for emergent projects   About the Role    TasWater CDO have a requirement for a P&C Business Partner to join our programs team. This role is responsible for the delivery of operational and tactical HR advice and services. The role works closely with the CDO Management teams to implement effective people management practices, providing positive and proactive advice regarding recruitment and selection, Confidential Position Description 2employee relations and employee development.
