About the Role Our People and Culture (P&C) Business Partners in the Assurance business are expanding and we're looking for a P&C Business Partner to join our vast community of solvers.
The Assurance P&C team brings our purpose to life by deploying on a variety of culture, talent, organisational design and change projects, and life-cycle events that drive commercial success.
We deliver career planning, succession planning, and talent review processes, blending technical skills and strategy to advise our internal functions and teams with spectacular results.
You'll help solve complex problems by using your skills in: Supporting and delivering key lifecycle events (e.g.
performance reviews, talent management, employee engagement surveys).
Coaching and developing team leaders, including exposure to employee relations matters.
People data analytics including the ability to present insights and recommendations to support project delivery or people priorities.
Planning and organisational skills with an ability to manage competing demands.
In our Assurance P&C team, your impact will be seen by: Coaching, developing and influencing leadership teams and Team Leaders to engage and manage their people, and understand the data, insights, systems, policies and tools available to them.
Driving values based culture that enhances business performance, provides commercial HR advice and effectively manages risk to resolve issues relating to performance and conduct, in line with PwC's policies and internal protocols.
Leading the facilitation, scoping and activation of tasks and projects to agreed business objectives, ensuring your actions have a direct impact on the success of our business.
Delivering your priorities through collaboration with your People & Culture colleagues and key stakeholders within the business.
Working closely with business stakeholders, central People & Culture teams and Senior Business Partners to deliver life-cycle events including goal setting, career planning, and mid-year and annual performance and remuneration review cycles to the business that you support.
Navigating complexity and applying expert HR and change management to deliver and operationalise, quality and pragmatic solutions.
Operating as a conduit between Assurance and our centres of excellence.
Understand the support that can be provided by the central People & Culture teams, and leverage this by using your continuous improvement mindset.
More information about you Possess extensive experience in a comparable position, having previously worked as a business partner with a background in HR generalist knowledge and expertise.
Comfortable operating in ambiguity, highly resilient, adapting quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment while managing conflicting priorities.
Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to foster collaborative and mutually supportive relationships with senior stakeholders within complex environments.
Tertiary qualifications in related disciplines preferred.
Experience with Workday HRIS or similar system desired.
This role is for a parental leave cover.
