The Opportunity:
Join our team as a People and Culture Advisor!
From managing the entire employee lifecycle to overseeing P&C projects and providing key advice to our team, you'll help build a positive workplace culture centred on collaboration and engagement.

Working closely with our multi-disciplinary team, you'll deliver essential HR services and drive key initiatives.
Plus, you'll have the opportunity to travel to the Philippines and our regional NSW offices, connecting with diverse teams and experiencing our friendly, collaborative and authentic culture firsthand.

This role is based in our Sydney office (a short walk from Wynyard Station), though candidates located in Wagga Wagga, Cooma, Canberra, Goulburn, Dubbo, or Moree are welcome to apply.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like:
Drive People-Focused Projects: Lead initiatives that enhance employee engagement and wellbeing, helping to make Boyce an even better place to work.
Partner with Leaders: Collaborate with leaders across the business on rewards, recognition, performance management, and identifying high-potential team members.
Become a Trusted Advisor: Provide practical advice to Boyce team members on a range of employee matters, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor.

Ideally, you bring a solid HR foundation, working knowledge of the Fair Work Act, and exposure to recruitment, learning and development, performance management, and employee engagement.

If you have some of the below skills and experience, we would like to hear from you:
Tertiary degree in Business (HR), Psychology, or a related field.
At least 3–4 years' experience in the HR space.
Previous experience in Finance or Professional Services is desirable (but not essential).
Familiarity with the Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards.
Experience supporting geographically dispersed clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored advice.
Strong interpersonal skills to engage with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Ability to work across P&C functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and learning and development.
Experience driving employee engagement, promoting diversity and inclusion, and fostering continuous improvement.
Skilled in guiding managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Willingness to travel internationally to the Philippines and to our Regional NSW locations throughout the year.
Have permanent working rights in Australia.
