As we grow, we are looking for a skilled Administrator to help shape our people strategy and provide administrative support.Reporting to the National Manager of People & Culture, the responsibilities of this role include:Provide support to the P&C team across key projectsRespond to all general HR enquiries and Office Administration dutiesAssist with projects and HR administration ad hoc tasksProvide support to the Organisational Development ManagerProvide support to the Talent Acquisition ManagerPrepare contracts of employment, letters of amendment, correspondence and system access set up for team membersMaintain employee records and assist with any queriesTHE PERSONWe are looking for a highly motivated person who can quickly learn and develop an understanding of our business. You will have exceptional interpersonal skills and enjoy working independently and collaboratively with the P&C team.
