As we grow, we are looking for a skilled Administrator to help shape our people strategy and provide administrative support.
Reporting to the National Manager of People & Culture, the responsibilities of this role include: Provide support to the P&C team across key projects Respond to all general HR enquiries and Office Administration duties Assist with projects and HR administration ad hoc tasks Provide support to the Organisational Development Manager Provide support to the Talent Acquisition Manager Prepare contracts of employment, letters of amendment, correspondence and system access set up for team members Maintain employee records and assist with any queries The Person We are looking for a highly motivated person who can quickly learn and develop an understanding of our business.
You will have exceptional interpersonal skills and enjoy working independently and collaboratively with the P&C team.
