P&A Tool Pusher / Field Supervisor

***This job has preference to qualified local job seekers within 60 miles of our Axis Victoria, TX facility.This position reports directly to the Divisional Operations Manager.
This position is responsible for the management and supervision of a workover rig crew and coordinating sub-contractor personnel on behalf of customer request on location.
This position is responsible for the day-to-day relationship with the company's customers.
This position implements the company's policies and standard operating procedures while also advancing the best interest of the company's customers.
This position maybe called on to assist the Divisional Operations Manager in the assignments & management of Field Supervisors or resolution of customer issues.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Receive and implement the job orders from the customer representative.Assist the customer, when requested, in the planning and scheduling other services for the job by utilizing the customers' approved vendors list.Effectively and professionally communicate the job schedule and status to the customer.Be responsible for the Rig Supervisor (Operator) having all of the information needed to perform the job to the customer's specifications.Ensure that the company fulfills all of its responsibilities in meeting, and hopefully exceeding, the customer's expectations and requirements.Effectively monitor and evaluate assigned Rig Supervisor (Operator) performance.Help support, measure, and monitor all company quality and performance programs.Help in the resolution of disputes or problems between customers and TEC.Aid in the recruitment of crew hands.Report all unplanned events and create/assist HSE personnel in the investigation and documentation of these events.Manage all assigned equipment maintenance and communication requirements to Area Operations Manager and Equipment Maintenance Supervision.Communicate job and scheduling status with Account (Sales) Manager.Communicate any health, safety, or environmental concerns to Area HSE personnel.Ensure strict adherence to all company Safety and Operating Policies with company personnel, if applicable, customer approved sub-contractor personnel.Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Valid State (Class C) drivers license with acceptable MVR at minimum.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Word, and Excel).Excellent reporting and communication (written and verbal) skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
