About the Role:
Manage a modestly sized and local portfolio Liaising with Tenants & Landlords Respond to all phone and email inquiries Inspections & Entry & Exits Completing all maintenance within a timely manner Arrears management & attending VCAT when/if required Benefits and Perks:

Skills and Experience:
