About this role... As a  Litigation Lawyer you will have the opportunity to work fairly autonomously, with the full support of the team, with direct client contact and handling of files from start to finish within this growing and highly sought after niche sector of the  Owners Corporation  industry.
You will be working alongside a very approachable Partner and providing advice to clients in respect of litigious matters (including building defects) & recovery of debts; compliance issues together with licensing, leasing, subdivisions and general property.
About you... To be considered for this role it is essential that you have:- Circa 3-5 years   post admission litigation experience , including property litigation ideally in relation to Owners' Corporation matters underpinned by an  knowledge of the Owners Corporations Act (ideal but not essential) ; Experience in Construction would be an advantage; Ability to provide  commercially savvy , articulate & concise advice; Excellent technical/drafting skills; Strong work ethic & client focus; Able to easily establish/build client rapport.
