Doing all things Administration for an experienced team of Strata Managers Salary range $65k to $75k + Super dependent on your experience Small team with growth opportunities

The Role
Assisting OC Manager in general administration duties Updating the data-base & other relevant CRM Systems Answering client/ committee phones calls Day to day email management Update owners, creditors (including public liability information), and insurance details. obtaining quotes & following up on maintenance producing letters and other material sent to owners. Assisting in AGM's when necessary liaising with contractors where necessary
About You:
a strong eye for detail strong typing skills strong verbal communication previous experience in an office related administration role car & licence preferred proficiency in microsoft programs Highly organised & a strong ability to multi-task Current OC experience preferred
Salary here is dependent on your experience and what you can bring to the table. Assisting a very experienced manager that will help you learn and grow.
