Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceAssist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful wayHave full knowledge of all beverage listsDeliver food and beverage in a timely and accurate mannerPick up orders efficiently from the kitchenCheck outgoing orders for quality and accuracy of set upHave full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methodsReplenishing of in room refreshment centersFollow outlet policies, procedures and service standardsFollow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverageOther duties as assignedThis is a temporary, 90-day position, with possibility of transition to permanent employment. Qualifications Previous Food & Beverage service experience an assetPrevious Point of Sale System experience preferredExcellent communication and organizational skillsStrong interpersonal and problem solving abilitiesHighly responsible & reliableAbility to work well under pressure in a fast paced environmentAbility to work cohesively as part of a teamAbility to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all timesMust possess and maintain a valid Serving It Right!
