You will play a crucial role in overseeing the Front Office Operations on the overnight shift.A few of your responsibilities:Leading, motivating and engaging our Front Office Agents to continuously deliver five-star serviceEnsure the professional and efficient operations of the Front Office teamRespond to guest feedback and implementing changes to prevent reoccurrenceEncourage a positive working relationship between departments and teamWhat we are looking for:Previous duty manager/supervisory experience in hotel/hospitality environment is advantageousKnowledge in Opera Property Management System (PMS) or similarAbility to work independently and take actions on guest requests appropriatelySecond language (e.g., Mandarin or Cantonese) is advantageousFlexible availability to work night shifts from 11pm – 7:30am shiftAbout you:As a seasoned expert in customer service and leadership, you understand the essence of delivering world-class service.
