The Outsystems Practice Lead is responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality Outsystems solutions to our clients, managing the Outsystems practice team, and supporting our Outsystems platforms. You will report to the Head of Architecture and Common Platforms and work closely with out IT and Digital delivery teams. Our digital channel apps support over 400,000 customers and delivery of the next generation apps forms a key part of our ongoing transformation program. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Outsystems developers and consultants, ensuring they have the skills, tools, and support to deliver exceptional outcomes for our stakeholders. Manage support of our cloud-based and on-premises Outsystems platforms, including security controls, patching, asset lifecycle management and other IT general controls. Define and implement best practices, standards, and methodologies for Outsystems development and delivery, ensuring quality, performance, security, and scalability of the solutions.
