Non-contact role leading OSHC in regional VIC, Ballarat or Shepparton base.FT or PT (0.8-0.9 FTE) considered + hybrid WFH flexibility + regular travel.$38.59 per hour negotiable + educational leader allowance + salary packaging.Your new roleOur newly created Outside School Hours Care Director is a senior role and will oversee and lead the strategic, financial, and operational management of our OSHC services across Western and Northern Victoria.You will drive quality, sustainability, and service delivery across our programs. You will support our Service Leaders to ensure our practices facilitate a program consistent with the National Quality Standards and reflects the National Quality Framework, taking our OSHC programs to the next level.You will also act as the Nominated Supervisor and Educational Leader for OSHC and will support our Service Leaders in planning and implementing educational programs to produce high-quality, play-based educational and leisure programs.Benefits of working at UnitingThe position is max term for 18 months and can be full-time or part-time (0.8-0.9 FTE); talk to us about what you are looking for, and we'll see if we can make it work.In addition to a base hourly rate of $38.59 per hour (negotiable depending on skills and experience) + super, you'll also receive 17.5% leave loading and the ability to increase your take-home pay by accessing up to $15,900 in salary packaging benefits, which can be used for living expenses such as groceries, bills, clothing, streaming services, and much more.With our meal entertainment benefit of $2,650 annually, you can save on dining out and drinks, making the most of your pre-tax dollars.
