Non-contact role leading OSHC in regional VIC, Ballarat or Shepparton base.FT or PT (0.8-0.9 FTE) considered + hybrid WFH flexibility + regular travel.$38.59 per hour negotiable + educational leader allowance + salary packaging.Your new roleOur newly created Outside School Hours Care Director is a senior role and will oversee and lead the strategic, financial, and operational management of our OSHC services across Western and Northern Victoria.
You will drive quality, sustainability, and service delivery across our programs. You will support our Service Leaders to ensure our practices facilitate a program consistent with the National Quality Standards and reflects the National Quality Framework, taking our OSHC programs to the next level.
You will also act as the Nominated Supervisor and Educational Leader for OSHC and will support our Service Leaders in planning and implementing educational programs to produce high-quality, play-based educational and leisure programs.
