About the role You will be managing a Large service with opportunity for even more growth. The Program Manager's primary role is to oversee all day to day operations at their Before and After Care service. The role will be accountable for all management, support, training and professional development for the team of Directors, 2ICs and Educators, and will be accountable for ensuring a high quality and viable program for the service community. To be onsite for at least one Before School Care and four After School Care sessions per week The role will focus on; Direct management of a team of Directors of Service, and indirect management and support of a team of Educators and support staff Overseeing the planning, resourcing and delivery of remarkable, fun and engaging program for all groups and children in attendance. Building and maintaining exceptional relationships with the children, families, school leadership and wider school community.
