We are excited to announce an opportunity for a dynamic Program Manager to lead our Before and After Care service in Leichhardt, NSW.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the daily operations and ensuring a high-quality experience for all children and families involved.
A completed Diploma Qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) is required.

About the Role:

As the Program Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing, training, and supporting a dedicated team of 2IC's and Educators.
Your leadership will help foster a remarkable and engaging program that caters to children from preschool through Year 6.
You'll be on-the-floor and hands-on during operational hours, particularly in the afternoon session, while having the flexibility to be off the floor and manage administrative tasks during Before Care.

Our service operates across a split campus, serving approximately 85-70 children, including around 30 seniors (Years 3 to 6) and the remainder of younger children from preschool through Year 2.
