The 2IC role
As a 2IC or Second in Charge, you will assist the Director of Service in delivering an exceptional experience for the children in our care. This will include:
Assist with the creation and implementation of enriching experiences based on the preferences of the children in your program (programming)Support with ensuring your program in compliance according to industry regulations.Interact with our parents and help them with enquiries wherever possibleEngage with the school community, attending events, assemblies, etc when the Director can't attend.Play and have FUN with primary school aged childrenCo-manage or coordinate during the school holiday programService Hours: 7:00am - 9:00am - 2:00pm - 6:00pm + 7 Admin Hours You
