Outside Sales Parts Representative – Bibra Lake CJD is looking for an Outside Sales Parts Representative to join our very successful Bibra Lake Team, to attract new customers and provide a second-to-none service to our existing customers!
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will work closely with the rest of the team to develop strategies and achieve your targets.
With customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships at the forefront, this is where your charismatic personality will come into play!
A day on the job will see you: Get hands on with the development and execution of a territory sales plan to engage new, existing and former customers. Work closely with the Parts Manager to achieve sales forecasts, KPIs and strategic plans. Proactively assist customers to select suitable aftermarket parts and promote, prepare quotes, and finalize orders. Report customer contacts and interactions via our CRM system and conduct timely and customer-needs focused inspections and visits. Take the lead in customer issue resolutions and follow up with the relevant department to ensure the necessary corrective actions have taken place. Participate in trade shows, field days, commissioning activities and machine deliveries. Update and maintain practical knowledge of innovations, trends and market competitors. What you need to get the job done: Australia drivers' licence and the ability to travel to our customers (tool of trade vehicle provided). A proven track record in a similar role within a hands-on operational environment. Relevant trade certificate – highly beneficial. Solid understanding of trucks, machinery, and their unique applications. All the common things – good computing and Microsoft Office skills, great communicator both written and verbal, motivated self-starter. A demonstrated ability to develop long-term relationships, resulting from your honesty and integrity. Ability to perform cold calls. What's in it for you?
