The Director of Service Role:This permanent full-time position comes with a dash of flexibility around your admin hours!
Kick off with a 5-week induction program that sets you up for success.
You'll receive incredible support from a mentor and our regional manager to ensure you shine!

Service Hours: Before School Care 6:30am to 9:00am and After School Care 2:00pm to 6:00pm (plus admin hours!
)Are You the Ideal Candidate?We're looking for someone who:
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is a big kid at heart!
Communicates like a superstar, whether chatting with a prep student, a parent, or the school principal.
Is a natural problem-solver with a can-do attitude.
Has a keen eye for detail and loves leading a team.
Is genuinely interested in creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children.
Is energetic, enthusiastic, and ready to bring the FUN!
Desirable: Diploma Qualified or studying towards an ACECQA approved qualification (Teaching Degrees, Early Childhood Education).
